Diversity in Talent.

The lack of diversity remains a difficult problem in the Advertising industry. The DIT Committee works to create meaningful change + to facilitate opportunities for talent from underrepresented groups including from the BIPOC, Women, Latinx + LGBTQ+ communities.

The DIT Committee strives to develop + prepare the next generation of talent behind the camera + to raise awareness of opportunities + the various roles available within the industry.

EVOLUTION + CHANGE.

Evolution + Change is the committee of ideas, innovation + inspiration, tasked with updating + upgrading the role of the rep + the perception of that role in our evolving industry.

Developing resources to set up standards, best practices, while raising the bar on the importance of efficiency + trust between us + our producer partners.

Marketing + communications.

Marketing + Communications is at the core of what we do as agents + reps. It’s in our DNA, therefore having a committee which focuses on the latter is essential to keeping AIR top of mind. Whether it be promoting AIR’s events like Diversity in Talent’s Unsigned Diverse Director’s Showcase, Panel discussions like Clear the AIR with Ann, Straight Talk, or other AIR Events, this is the team behind the scenes putting the word out to our industry.
